What happens to your statement
A bank statement is private. Here is exactly what the site does with it, and what it does not do.
- Read in memory, then erased
- The PDF is read in the server's memory, never written to a disk or put in any storage. As soon as the preview is sent back to you, the server keeps neither the PDF, nor the transactions, nor the Excel file.
- An encrypted result, for 1 hour
- The full file is handed to you encrypted and stays in your browser tab. Only our server can open it, and only for 1 hour. Only the first lines of the preview reach you in clear.
- Never sold, never shared, never used for training
- Your statement is not sold or shared. It is not used to train any model. This version uses no artificial intelligence.
- Payment by Stripe
- You pay on Stripe's page. We never see your card number, and Stripe receives nothing from your statement.

Questions
How much does it cost?
Converting and seeing the preview is free. The exact price appears when you click Download, before any payment. It is a one-time charge per file, with no subscription.
Do you keep my statement?
No. The PDF is read in memory, then erased. The full result is handed to you encrypted and expires after 1 hour. We keep neither the file nor the transactions.
What if the balance does not match?
The preview tells you before any payment: the gap, between which figures, and the lines to look at when the tool can find them. The price stays the same, and those lines are marked in the file. If the file is no use to you, we refund you within 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days, on request, no reason needed. On the refund page, enter the invoice number Stripe emailed you and your email. The confirmation page, in the tab where you paid, also offers a direct link. Both refund in one click for up to two payments per card per calendar year; beyond that, write to us and a person takes care of it.

Can I edit the amounts?
No, on purpose. The service turns a statement into a spreadsheet, as is. It never changes amounts and never produces a PDF or a statement.
